At Ostara's we consider designing flowers for your wedding day an exciting privilege. We are a multi award winning wedding florist studio situated in Hunstanton Norfolk, and would be delighted to help in creating the perfect ambience for your special day with timeless and romantic florals whether your occasion is a small intimate gathering or a larger celebration.

Using local growers and flower markets, we are able to source high quality seasonal British flowers where possible, and also incredible varieties from further afield. If you have flowers that you love, we can look at ways to incorporate them into our designs, whilst our many years of floral expertise enables us to introduce you to seasonal varieties that would be available.

From our first consultation we will guide you through selecting types of seasonal flowers and foliage to ensure we design and enhance the style in which you want to achieve. We look forward to working alongside you to ensure your wedding flowers are unique and beautiful to compliment your special day.

What happens during a wedding consultation?

We are getting married and would like to discuss how you can help us with arranging flowers for our special day?

All of our wedding consultations are carried our via a phone or video call. I love to meet new couples and love nothing more than talking about flowers and how we can design them. A consultation provides the opportunity for me to learn about your dreams and wishes, where I can listen to your ideas, proposed style and colour theme. I then put together a personal quote for you to look through.

I usually take just one wedding per week to exclusively design and ensure the quality of your wedding florals. This ensures the quality is not compromised. We encourage couples to make an enquiry in the early stages to secure your wedding date.

Our usual availability to arrange a consultation is Tuesday to Thursday 10.20am - 2.30pm & evenings 6.45pm - 9pm.

What happens after our wedding consultation?

If you are happy with the first draft quote, we require a non refundable deposit of £200.00 to secure your wedding date which is deducted from the final balance. From this point we will refine your quotation adding more detail and a mood board will be designed and sent to you.

To cover our costs for delivery and installation we do charge a fee dependent on distance which will be quoted to you on an individual basis.

We are happy to provide quotations for couples who live out of the area but are getting married in Norfolk. Many of our customers who book weddings or order sympathy and gift flowers are living outside of Norfolk.

When is my final payment due

Throughout the time period leading up to your special day, we can accept changes and amendments up to but no later than 8 weeks before the date of your wedding. Final payment for your wedding flowers will be required 6 weeks before your wedding date. If you wish to pay in instalments leading up to the final payment date, this can be discussed and a payment plan arranged.
