Delivery Policy
Please note that as we are a studio florist with no shop premises, we are strictly a Delivery only service.
Orders must be placed 48hrs prior to your chosen delivery date and no later than 12 noon for guaranteed next day delivery
Our opening hours for the winter period are:
Mon & Tues closed unless pre-ordered, please call us to order as we cannot guarantee delivery otherwise on these days.
Weds - Fri 8am to 5pm
Saturday 8am - 12pm
We aim to deliver between the hours of 11am and 4.30pm. Guaranteed times cannot be given unless the order is for a funeral.
Where the recipient of any delivery is not in, we will always try first of all to leave the flowers/arrangement in a safe place, and leave a calling card advising the recipient where their flowers have been left. If possible please leave contact details or details of a safe place when placing your order.
Where no safe place can be found we will try to leave the item with a neighbour in the nearest proximity possible and advise of this.
Should we be unable to deliver/leave the flowers in a safe location, we will return them to our premises and await a telephone call from the recipient advising us of when they wish to rearrange delivery from us.
For places that are difficult to find, we would be grateful if you could supply us with as much detail as possible in relation to the delivery address,

Our standard delivery radius is WITHIN 20 miles from Hunstanton . Charges will apply for orders outside of Hunstanton & Old Hunstanton area, please see below.

Holkham, Burnham Deepdale, Burnham Overy, Thornham, Titchwell, Brancaster, Brancaster Staithe, Holme Next The Sea.

Delivery up to 10 miles £4.95
We aim to deliver your order within the estimated time frame. In the unlikely event that your delivery is delayed for any reason out of our
control, we will keep you informed.
We do offer some same day deliveries depending upon your request.
PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE PLACING A SAME DAY ORDER VIA TELEPHONE OR OUR MESSAGE SERVICE to ensure that we are able to complete your order on that specified day.
**No responsibility will be taken by Ostara's Florists where a same day delivery has been placed, but we haven't been able to confirm that we can complete your request.
We do not ordinarily deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays, and standard orders placed on these days, will be delivered on the Next working day.
PLEASE CONTACT US DIRECTLY if you wish to arrange an order delivery outside of our normal working hours and we will do our best to assist your requirements.
Orders for guaranteed NEXT DAY DELIVERY must be placed no later than 4.30pm/16.30hrs on the day before you wish your delivery to take place.
When placing an advanced date order, please specify IN THE ADD COMMENTS BOX, the date in which you wish your order to be delivered, together with any special requests, and if possible a contact number.

offering free local delivery.

1.1 All of the products which are shown on our website are designed and created in-house by Ostara's Florists, who own
the copyright and information rights of such.
1.2 All of our Products shown on this website are available to purchase directly from us either using our order system or via telephone/chat service.
Please note that whilst we will endeavour to design your flower delivery as it is described on our website, where flowers are seasonal, we have the right to substitute flowers which are unavailable with something similar in terms of design and cost.
In the event that a product is completely unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible, and offer a suitable alternative or a full refund if preferred.
1.3 All of the flowers which we stock are purchased fresh from our wholesalers on a demand service.
AS A STUDIO FLORIST WE DO NOT HOLD A STOCK OF FLOWERS FOR CUSTOMERS TO ATTEND OUR PREMISES to purchase.
1.4 Prices listed are available for a maximum of 14 days from when your order is placed.
1.5 Please note we are only responsible for deliveries to the address you have supplied or to an imminent neighbour if the recipient is not home.
1.6 Orders may only be amended within 48hrs before the intended delivery date.
1.7 Some products may be harmful or poisonous to children and pets. When you order flowers please inform us of any known allergies the recipient may have for safety reasons. 1.8 Refunds - will only be offered at the discretion of the owner of Ostara's Florist Hunstanton. If you are unhappy with any product which we provide, we ask you to contact us directly and discuss your concerns with us. Where a refund is requested we would only consider such within the first 24hrs of your product being delivered, and have the right to request photographic evidence of such. We value all of our customers and will do our best to address any concerns you may have.
GIFT CARDS
DELIVERY INFORMATION
We understand how important it is that your e-gift card arrives on time for that special occasion, please follow the instructions below:
1.9a Please ensure the correct email address is entered for the recipient.
2. Use a recognisable name so that the recipient can clearly identify who has sent the gift card.
3. Generally, e-gift cards should arrive within 30 minutes of being ordered. You can also specify a delivery date of upto 60 days in advance of the purchase date. The e-gift card will be delivered after 06.30am on the specific day.
4. Gift cards cannot be used with discount code vouchers or other offers being run by Ostara's Florist.
HOW TO REDEEM e-gift cards
1. Recipients will receive an email with a unique gift card code and amount of value.
2. Decide what flowers or gift you wish to choose up to the gift card amount. Additional payments by debit/credit card to increase the value of a gift can be made.
3. Add an item to the shopping trolley.
4. Enter the unique gift card code in the voucher code section.
5. Click add gift voucher button
6. The gift card value will be applied to the total amount of the purchase.
7. Gift cards are redeemable for 12 months after purchase date.

We are closed Monday & Tuesdays for online orders due to changes of delivery with our wholesalers, however please call us in advance with as much notice as possible (24-48 hours) to pre-order flowers for a Monday & Tuesday delivery & we will do our best to assist you.
